The Vintage Sports Car Club of Calgary (VSCCC) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday November 11, 202.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the previous year and the Club's Financial Reports, hold elections for Executive Board member positions for the upcoming year, vote on proposed By-Law amendments and advise the Board on the direction they would  like to see the club take for the upcoming year.

Any members looking to get more involved are encouraged to put their names forward.

We encourage members and spouses to attend.  It is important to voice your opinion, cast your vote, get reacquainted with your fellow car enthusiasts and participate in how you would like the club to operate; and how we can make the club more engaging for you, your spouse and family.

Please ensure that your membership is current before the meeting, as that is required in order to cast your vote.

Members who wish to have supper or drinks before the AGM will meet at Green's around 6 pm.

Following the meetings we will have general socialization and slideshows.
